Capturing sharp, clear images is essential, particularly as ICAO has specified the face as the primary biometric for travel documents.
In addition to our EDIsecure® Image Capturing Modules, we provide an ICAO quality check module. It will only accept digital photos that are ICAO-compliant and will give the operator detailed information on the quality of each image captured and how to adjust it for conformity.
This optional feature is available for ePassport and Visa applications.
